History and Overview of TES®
Ron Young founded Technical Employment Services Inc. TES® in 1981. In addition to his duties at TES®, Ron served in the Ohio State Legislature from 1997 to 2004. In 2011, Ron continued his role as a State Legislature. In 2012, TES welcomed a new co-owner, Melissa Garrett. Under Melissa and Ron’s leadership, TES will continue to be a full service corporate level placement firm. Daily business activity focuses on helping client companies and candidates meet their professional goals. TES® clients range from rapidly growing smaller companies to some of the world’s largest Fortune 500 firms.
